Oleg responded to my inquiry almost immediately and came the very next day to take a look. He was on-time, courteous, and best of all he had shoe covers that he used without me having even to say anything!He didn't have the part in stock so it had to be ordered and Oleg communicated with me and came back on a Saturday to finish the job. His prices are fair, and he answered all my questions, and overall made the whole process very easy and smooth.Highly recommended!

We had had a very bad experience with another company who had taken our dryer apart and then put it back together incorrectly so it wasn't working.
