I've never had an appliance break before and so I turned to yelp to see if I could find a repairman for my refrigerator. Oleg responded to my inquiry almost immediately and came the very next day to take a look. He was on-time, courteous, and best of all he had shoe covers that he used without me having even to say anything!
He didn't have the part in stock so it had to be ordered and Oleg communicated with me and came back on a Saturday to finish the job. His prices are fair, and he answered all my questions, and overall made the whole process very easy and smooth.

We had had a very bad experience with another company who had taken our dryer apart and then put it back together incorrectly so it wasn't working.
I had a six month old baby at the time and a lot of laundry to do so I was very worried about not having a working dryer.
Oleg arrived & was calm & kind (to a stressed out mom!) and he worked hard to find out what was wrong with the machine (it turned out to be 2 different things and he figured it out!)
I would happily hire him again if I needed someone to service or fix any of my white goods.
